Laminar Air Flow Cabinet – Robust and Durable Design
Our Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is engineered to deliver high-efficiency contamination control with unmatched durability and structural integrity. The unit is designed for use in laboratories, pharmaceutical production, and cleanroom environments where particle-free airflow is essential.
Main Construction:
External Body: Fabricated from high-quality galvanized steel sheets, coated with electrostatic powder paint for superior corrosion resistance and a long-lasting, clean finish.
Internal Work Area: Made from AISI 316 stainless steel, offering exceptional resistance to acids, disinfectants, and chemical exposure, ensuring long-term reliability even under intensive use.
Filtration System:
Equipped with a High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter, capable of capturing 99.99% of particles ≥ 0.3 microns, ensuring ISO Class 5 clean air.
Pre-filter included for extended HEPA filter life and enhanced air purification.
Airflow & Operation:
Delivers vertical laminar airflow, ensuring a consistent, unidirectional stream of filtered air over the work surface.
Maintains a positive pressure zone to prevent infiltration of contaminated air.
Operates with low noise and low vibration, offering comfort and stability during sensitive procedures.
Standard Features:
Integrated UV germicidal lamp for sterilization.
LED lighting for energy-efficient, shadow-free illumination.
Front glass shield for operator protection with easy-lift mechanism.
Control panel with indicators for airflow status, filter condition, and UV operation.
Optional custom sizes and additional outlets (electric/gas) available upon request.
Applications:
Microbiological research
Pharmaceutical compounding
Tissue culture laboratories
Quality control and sample preparation
Our Laminar Air Flow Cabinets are available in two main configurations to suit different workspace requirements:
Free-Stand Type:
A self-supporting floor-standing unit designed for larger laboratories or production areas.
Offers increased working area and convenient mobility when needed.
Bench-Top Type:
A compact model designed to be placed directly on existing workbenches or laboratory tables.
Ideal for facilities with limited floor space or specific process lines.
Both configurations maintain the same high standards of filtration performance, material quality, and ergonomic design.
